Online/Mobile Restrictions May 9th-13th

May 9th – 13th – Online and Mobile Banking will be ‘READ ONLY’

The move to our new Online and Mobile Banking platforms requires a transition time to occur from Start-of-Business on Thursday, May 9th, until Close-of-Business on Monday, May 13th.

During this ‘READ ONLY’ time, Members WILL be able to:

  • Access account(s) through the current Online and Mobile access.
  • View transaction history, including payments, deposits, and withdrawals.

Members will NOT be able to:

  • Change BillPay settings, view, schedule, or initiate new payments.
  • Change Automatic Transfer settings, schedule, or initiate new transfers.

Account Transfers Users

Reoccurring Account Transfers will process as scheduled. Unscheduled transfers can be made at any branch or through our Call Center (903-735-3000) during regular business hours.

BillPay Users

The payees, past and pending payments, scheduled recurring payments, and funding accounts will remain unchanged during and after the transition to the new Online and Mobile platforms.

IMPORTANT: All payments and automatic transfers/deposits set up in the RRCU BillPay system by May 8th will proceed as scheduled. No Payment Changes or Stop Payments will be possible in the RRCU BillPay environment during this time. Payment Center Member Service can be reached directly at 844-694-3319 between the hours of 6:00 AM - 12:00 AM CT, 7 days a week.
