Varsity Club Accounts
Teens count at Red River Federal Credit Union! If you are age 13 to 17, we have several products just for you, including Varsity Club Savings, Varsity Club Checking, and Varsity Club Savings Certificates. And all of this will allow you to save for college, buy a car or computer, or just go out with your friends for dinner! Besides learning financial responsibility, our teen members get: A Savings account in your name, a checking account and ATM card (for teens 16 or older), student loans, collegiate certificates, birthday card, free gifts, and savings incentive programs!
Varsity Club Savings
It's never too early to start learning financial responsibility, and let's
face it, TEENS NEED MONEY!! One of our best teen products is our Varsity
Club Savings Account. With only a $5 membership fee and a $5 minimum balance,
you can
start saving money towards a car, computer, or for college. You can watch
that money grow as it earns dividends, AND earn prizes and savings incentive
awards.
Varsity Club Certificates
Red River Federal Credit Union has a very special savings certificate offered
just for TEENS…The Collegiate Certificate. This certificate is designed
to help you build your college education fund, and it can be opened by
any member 13 years of age or older (anyone under 17 has to have a parent/guardian
as a joint owner.) You can open this certificate for a minimum of 12 months
and a minimum deposit of $500!! There is no better way to save and protect
your money for college.
Student Loans
Wondering how to pay for school, books, or extracurricular activities?
Student Loans are available at Red River Federal, and our loans have earned a 4.0 with our members!!! Red River Federal is already on your school’s lender list. So, remember to hang on to our lender code; you’ll need it at school.
