Teller Openings

Teller Supervisor, Texarkana

Supervises and trains employees in teller functions and members services to accomplish daily activities of the branch office. The Teller Supervisor is responsible for Teller Excellence in member service and must be able to enforce all requirements of the teller, including the Universal Characteristics of a successful teller. The Teller Supervisor is responsible for vault cash, ordering from the Federal Reserve weekly, verifying accuracy and security, etc. Performs monthly cash counts of all cash drawers and reviews all tellers’ work for errors, bad habits, outages, etc.
Requires 3-5 years experience in a financial institution or a credit union, working in a teller and member service position with supervisory or leadership experience. Must have good leadership skills with the ability to delegate. Must be friendly and outgoing, with a good personality and professional attitude. Must be accurate, neat, and work well with people.

Part-time Teller, Hope & Texarkana Branches
Full-time Teller, New Boston Office

Under supervision, this individual will assist members in accordance with teller policies and procedures, providing excellent member service. All tellers should meet the basic requirements for success in this front-line position. The desirable candidate has cashiering and/or customer service experience. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus.

Financial Advisor

Red River Credit Union is seeking a licensed financial professional to work in our Credit Union Service Organization (CUSO) – a fully owned subsidiary of Red River Credit Union - located in the lobby of our Summerhill Branch Office/Headquarters.

Maybe it’s time to GET IN THE RIVER and use your expertise as a Financial Advisor in an environment where the focus is on the client. Here you will have an excellent opportunity to establish, maintain and develop relationships with members and non-members of the credit union.

Licensure, certification requirements:

• NASD Series 6 or 7, 63, and 65 or 66.


• State Life/Health License

Other requirements:

• Experience within the financial service industry in interacting with clients and meeting their financial needs


• Ability and willingness to pursue CFP, ChFC, or CLU Designation

Branch Manager, Richmond Road Office.

The Branch Manager is responsible for efficient, effective management of a full-service office and its staff. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire and maintain a strong loan portfolio and establish a good rapport with members and vendors. Management experience in a credit union or other financial institution is necessary.

College degree preferred. This individual must have the ability to meet, speak and deal effectively with people in person and over the telephone, being professional at all times. The Branch Manager must be comfortable and effective in marketing the credit union services within the community and must maintain a neat and professional image.

We have offices in Texarkana, Hope, Atlanta, New Boston, and Clarksville.
